The Business Centre provides self service printing (from computer), scanning, photocopying and fax facilities, allowing you to achieve professional presentation documents in black and white or full colour up to A3 duplex.

These are rates for moderate use of ink. Larger areas do not work well on 80gsm paper. The rates for using office and meeting room space include some printing/copying, details are here.

Large or frequent printing jobs

We wouild recommend the Town's printers, John Dollin for printing more than 1,000 copies on the grounds of economy but are very happy to discuss lower rates if you want to regularly print documents or are looking to print several hundred pages.

We are very happy to discuss lower rates if you want to make a regular booking of want long term use of office space.

Meeting Room

Table & chairs (max 6 people), wireless and cable connection for your laptop(s) with digital projector, flip charts, white boards, telephones and ‘webinar’ facilities (price includes a set quantity of printing and/or copying – above agreed amount will be charged), faxing, use of telephone for 01/02 numbers. .

The Meeting room is an ideal facility for small group Training sessions and individual counselling.

Webinars

You can link to any number of others on a combined telephone confernec call and viewing of any of the delegates computer screens on all delegates computers. So you can share presentations and files whilst talking about them.

18p per delegate per minute.
